Today, Jerome and I were complaining about how slow the internet was. It ocured to me that it probably should be slow. We have a lot of stuff going on. Up to 5 simultaneous people (3 on avg.) using the web, backups running, software syncing files to remote storage, etc. So I decided I'd call Comcast. Here is how it went down.
Me: I need more bandwidth.
Comcast: It will be $10 extra a month to triple it
Me: I'll take it
Comcast: You're modem will reboot in 30 seconds, and you'll have it.
Me: Ok thanks
Sure enough in a few seconds we were flying again. This is exactly how customer service should work. Can you here me now?
